As soon as I arrived I was welcomed into a lovely beauty room and immediately felt relaxed. Lorraine talked me through the procedure and it really helped put my mind at ease.
During every step of the facial she was always checking I was okay and if she needed to adjust the pressure….however it was totally fine and didn’t hurt.
